Markyate Youth Project is open to young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 with learning disabilities). Staffed by professional youth workers, it provides a space where young people can come and get involved in a range of activities: sports, arts, music, trips, outdoor education... It also offers information, advice and guidance. Come and get involved with the activities on offer and have a say in what you want to do!

We have different activities going on every week such as:

  • Arts and crafts
  • Independent living advice
  • Cooking on a budget
  • Dance
  • Sports
  • Jewellery-making

We have a range of equipment including:

  • New fitted kitchen
  • TV and Nintendo Wii
  • Internet access
  • Table football
  • Pool table
  • Table tennis table
  • Football/basketball/cricket and badminton

There are opportunities for trips and information about other activities in your area.

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
