Why not come and learn how to save lives!

Watford Life Saving Club was established 40 years ago and is affiliated to the Royal Life Saving Society.

All teachers are RLSS qualified and give their time voluntarily to teach a wide range of skills and courses in all aspects of life saving, water safety and personal survival.

Courses include:
* Bronze Medallion;
* Award of Merit;
* Distinction;
* Lifesaving 1, 2, 3;
* Life Support;
* Save a Baby's Life;
* Rescue Test for Teachers and Coaches of Swimming.

They would be pleased to answer your queries and to welcome you to a free evening introduction to the Club.

A great way to keep fit and safe at the same time!
