If you are aged 13-17 and feel you would like support with developing your emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem, or are struggling with anxiety or low mood, the YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Project at Monk’s Walk Young People's Centre could be for you. Join us on Wednesday evenings from 5.15pm to 7.15pm and bring about positive changes in your life.

The YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Project at Monk's Walk Young People's Centre offers a safe environment where you will get support from youth workers to boost your emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem, which will ultimately help you feel better about your life and future.

Each term we cover a variety of subjects which will help you through the challenges and pressures you may be facing in your life, and discuss how you can look after your own emotional and mental wellbeing.

You can get involved in a range of enjoyable activities, including sports, cookery, arts and crafts, and have the opportunity to make new friends. You will also learn coping strategies for dealing with anxiety and depression, and gain new life skills at the same time!

This project is open to everyone aged between 13 and 17 in the Welwyn Hatfield area. You do not need to be a student at Monk's Walk School.
