If you want to feel happier and more confident in life, come along to this YC Hertfordshire emotional wellbeing project at the XC every Thursday. It's for all 13-17 year olds in the Dacorum area.

At the YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Youth Project at the XC Young People's Centre, you can get involved with all sorts of great activities, including cooking, art, crafts and much more. The activities are run by supportive YC Hertfordshire youth workers as well as a Signpost youth counselling volunteer.

You can also get involved in discussions on a variety of subjects and the project will help you to increase your self-esteem, assertiveness and confidence.

The YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Project at the XC Young People's Centre in Hemel Hempstead runs during school term-time and each term you'll cover a variety of subjects which will help you through any challenges and pressures you are facing in your life and improve your mental health and wellbeing.

The XC Young People's Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.

Every Thursday 6.30-8.30pm. Term time only.
