Are you aged 13-17? Do you and your friends spend time in the Thorley area of Bishop’s Stortford? Look out for the YC Hertfordshire youth workers on Friday evenings from 5pm to 7pm. You can chat to the youth workers, get advice and support, and find out what’s happening in your area for young people. You'll also have the opportunity to have your say on local matters that affect you as well as organise activities you and your friends will enjoy.
The YC Hertfordshire Friday Night Project is open to all young people aged 13-17. Harpenden Young People's Centre is a safe space for you to meet new people, develop positive relationships and try out new activities. You can also take part in workshops which develop your skills and confidence, have new experiences and find out about opportunities for young people in your area. Come along and get involved!
Bridges2Beats is a unique music project run by YC Hertfordshire which looks at the impact of how music can break down barriers between different cultures. As part of the project you'll work towards a live performance and gain a Bronze Arts Award. If you can commit to one evening a week for 14 weeks, this project could be for you!
