At the YC Hertfordshire Watford Access Point you can get information, advice, guidance and support on education, work, training and volunteering. We also offer advice on drugs, finance, health, including sexual health and contraception including free condoms, housing and much more. Everything is free and confidential. You can also find out about lots of activities and events in your area.
Are you aged 13-17? Do you and your friends spend time in and around the Hoddesdon town centre? Look out for the YC Hertfordshire youth workers on Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 9pm. You can chat to the youth workers, get advice and support, and find out what’s happening in your area for young people. You'll also have the opportunity to have your say on local matters that affect you as well as organise activities you and your friends will enjoy.
This is an opportunity for those with learning disabilities to get involved in after school activities. If you know of anyone with a learning disability please let them know about this! This is also an opportunity for young people who wish to get involved in volunteering to help children and young people with learning disabilities.
This YC Hertfordshire Independent Living Skills Programme is for young people aged 16-21 who have left home and are homeless. Come to Rose Court Hostel in Hertford to learn valuable skills that will help you to build your confidence and live more independently.
