Youth Mental Health Hub is a website run by NHS Livewell offering young people advice and help on mental health problems including depression, anxiety and stress.
If you're aged 10 - 25 and living in Hertfordshire you can now access a free online counselling service called Kooth. We have trained counsellors available online 365 days of the year until 10pm. You can talk about any issues affecting you and there's also an anonymous forum so you can discuss things with people your age too.

If you're aged 13-17 and feel you'd like some support with your emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem or are struggling with anxiety or low-mood then the YC Hertfordshire GROW project could be for you. Come along to the Bowes Lyon Young People’s Centre in Stevenage on Tuesday evenings from 6.15 to 8.15pm.

The activities are run by supportive YC Hertfordshire youth workers and along with discussions on a variety of subjects will help you with self-esteem, assertiveness and confidence. You can also do sports to increase your fitness.
