If you are aged 13-17 and feel you would like support with developing your emotional wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem, or are struggling with anxiety or low mood, the YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Project at Ware Young People's Centre could be for you. Join us on Wednesday evenings from 5.30pm to 7.30pm and bring about positive changes in your life.

Young people's health drop-in service. Teen Screen is a special confidential service providing an awareness of general psychological and sexual health issues designed for young people.
At the Bedford Road Health Centre in Hitchin you can get free and confidential advice about contraception and sexual health. You can get free condoms, implants, coils and emergency contraception (morning after pill), pregnancy tests and referral for termination of pregnancy.
At the Southgate Health Centre in Stevenage you can get free and confidential testing, treatment and advice about all sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The Stevenage Contraception Clinic is now also at this health centre. You can get free condoms, femidoms, implants, coils and emergency contraception (morning after pill), pregnancy tests and referral for termination of pregnancy. There is a special walk-in clinic for under-25s on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 7pm.
