If you would like some support in making positive life changes and improving your future opportunities, please contact YC Hertfordshire about joining this project. The Positive Pathways project is delivered in partnership with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.

- Bishop's Stortford
YC Hertfordshire Bishop's Stortford Transgender Project is open to all young people who live, work, or are educated in East Herts and who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender fluid and/or questioning their gender. It is run by YC Hertfordshire to provide a safe space for a social and supportive group. The Bishop's Stortford group meets on the last Wednesday of every month. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

The YC Hertfordshire Hoddesdon Youth Project is for all 13-17 year olds in the area. Come along, get involved and meet new friends. On Tuesday evenings the Pound Close Community Centre in Hoddesdon is a safe space in which to meet new people, develop positive relationships and try out new activities or participate in workshops. You'll develop your skills, experience and confidence and find out about opportunities for your future.

For young parents and parents-to-be in the Cheshunt and Broxbourne area, this programme is completely free, will help you manage the challenges of being a parent, support you with developing valuable skills and qualities for planning your future, and also being the best possible parent you can be.
