Come along to YC Hertfordshire's YouthZone in South Oxhey to have a go at something new and meet new friends. You can develop all kinds of skills, and young people tell us that taking part helps increase their confidence as well as being fun. There's lots to do including arts & crafts, sports, cooking, Xbox, table tennis and pool. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

Do you have a baby or are you pregnant? Are you up to 21 years old? Why not join the YC Hertfordshire project for young parents? It's for young parents and parents-to-be in the North Herts and Stevenage area. It's completely free and will help you manage the challenge of being a parent and develop important skills and qualities for your future. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.
Come to this exciting youth project based at Harebreaks Community Hub, run by YC Hertfordshire in partnership with Watford Community Housing Trust. The Friday Youth Project is a great place to meet friends on a Friday evening. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

Youth Mental Health Hub is a website run by NHS Livewell offering young people advice and help on mental health problems including depression, anxiety and stress.
If you're aged 10 - 25 and living in Hertfordshire you can now access a free online counselling service called Kooth. We have trained counsellors available online 365 days of the year until 10pm. You can talk about any issues affecting you and there's also an anonymous forum so you can discuss things with people your age too.
