Taught by a fully qualified fitness instructor, you will improve your muscle tone, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) is a real adventure from beginning to end. It doesn’t matter who you are, or where you are from, you just need to be aged between 13 and 24 and ready to jump into the best time of your life! The Ware DofE sessions are for young people in the East Herts area and are held once every three weeks on Fridays at the Ware Young People’s Centre (see below for dates).
