At Guideposts Trust in South West Herts we offer a group for young people up to the age of 30. The group is for young people living with a mental illness. The group has 15 members between the ages of 18 and 30 and engages in a wide variety of social activities within the community.

The Wellbeing Service offers psychological help and practical support for young people experiencing a wide range of very common mental health problems such as worry, low mood, insomnia, panic and stress. We can help you improve your self esteem and reduce anxiety. We aim to teach you skills and techniques to better manage your symptoms and help you feel in control. The service is open to everyone aged 16+ and registered with a GP in Hertfordshire.
The Chat Health texting service is for young people aged 11 - 19 in Hertfordshire. A school health nurse answers text on a dedicated number 07480 635050 during school hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. All you need is your mobile phone.

Herts SARC (Sexual Assault Referral Centre) helps men, women and young people living in Hertfordshire who have experienced rape or sexual assault, whether this has happened recently or in the last 12 months. Herts SARC has a team of experts with a wealth of knowledge and experience in advising and supporting you. This team includes specially trained Independent Sexual Violence Advisors (ISVAs), who will care for you if you have been assaulted, liaising, where appropriate with police and other agencies.
