The YC Hertfordshire Healthy Relationships Programme can help you to make informed, safe choices and to have appropriate, healthy and safe relationships. It is specially designed to enable 13-17 year olds* to recognise and develop healthy relationships and keep themselves safe from sexual exploitation.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) is a real adventure from beginning to end. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you’re from, you just need to be aged between 14 and 19 (up to 25 for young people with additional needs) and ready to jump into the best time of your life.
The YC Hertfordshire Wheathampstead Youth Project is open to all 13-19 year olds on Tuesday evenings from 7pm until 9pm. It's free so come along and take part in some of the many different activities going on. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

If you're aged 13-17 and feel you'd like some support with your emotional well-being, confidence and self-esteem or are struggling with anxiety or low-mood, then the YC Hertfordshire North Herts Team's GROW project could be for you. The project offers a safe environment where you will get support in boosting your emotional well-being, helping you to feel better about life. Come along to the Letchworth Young People’s Centre on Tuesday evenings from 6.30 to 8.30pm.
