Living the Dream is one of the few performing arts companies in the UK run by young people, for young people. It was set up by Zoe Jackson at the age of 16 in 2006 to give affordable, exciting and accessible opportunities to young people from all walks of life. The ethos is to provide a safe environment where members can grow in talent and confidence and prove that young people can achieve great things on their own.

Youth councils are groups of young people aged 11–19 (up to 24 if you have a learning disability), who come together to represent young people in their local area. Nobody knows about the issues affecting young people better than young people themselves, so come along and have your say. The Broxbourne Youth Council is supported by YC Hertfordshire and will enable you to present your views to those who make decisions so that they can work to improve things in the local community. To express an interest or for more information on the Broxbourne Youth Council, please contact YC Hertfordshire on 01992 588220 - or just come along.
