If you're aged 10 - 25 and living in Hertfordshire you can now access a free online counselling service called Kooth. We have trained counsellors available online 365 days of the year until 10pm. You can talk about any issues affecting you and there's also an anonymous forum so you can discuss things with people your age too.

The YC Hertfordshire Watford Access Point is at the YouthPoint Centre for Young People in Watford. At the YC Hertfordshire Watford Access Point you can get information, advice, guidance and support on education, work, training and volunteering. We also offer advice on drugs, finance, health, including sexual health and contraception including free condoms, housing and much more. Everything is free and confidential. You can also find out about lots of activities and events in your area.

Rephael House Counselling Centre provides counselling for children and young people aged 4 to 25 years. We offer counselling support on issues such as parental separation/divorce, relationships, anxiety, sadness, self-esteem, self-confidence, bullying, school, college and work issues, eating disorders, self-harm, abuse and loss. We also offer counselling support to the parents/carers of children attending the service.
